From LegalLanding
The Minnesota Rules of Evidence govern proceedings in the courts of Minnesota, to the extent and with the exceptions stated in Rule 1101. The Minnesota Rules of Evidence are given with amendments effective through September 1, 2006, and are provided by the Minnesota Supreme Court Commissioner’s Office.
Legal Landing tries to keep these rules as up-to-date as possible, however, as new rules are enacted by the federal and/or state authority, it is possible that the rules provided on this website may no longer be good law. You can access the most up-to-date version of the Minnesota Rules of Evidence at the Minnesota Courts' website.
