From LegalLanding
The Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure govern the procedure in the district courts of the State of Minnesota in all suits of a civil nature (with the exceptions stated in Rule 81). The Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure are given with amendments effective as of January 2, 2006, and are provided by the Minnesota Supreme Court Commissioner’s Office.
Legal Landing tries to keep these rules as up-to-date as possible, however, as new rules are enacted by the federal and/or state authority, it is possible that the rules provided on this website may no longer be good law. You can access the most up-to-date version of the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure at the Minnesota Courts' website.
